Ini mixtape pertama saya, yang justru tidak mengandung permainan-permainan gitaris blues/rock nan maut yang identik dengan saya si gitaris kelas kambing ini. Lupakan Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan dan pahlawan gitar lainnya, ini adalah penghargaan saya terhadap saxophone, instrument musik paling seksi dan paling dinamis yang pernah ada. Sebuah saxophone itu bisa terdengar seksi, melolong sedih, nge-jazz meliuk luar biasa rumit, atau liar dan rockin, hingga bisa mengobral groove yang sangat funky.

 Groovin' pt 2: Electric Piano Fetish
Kompilasi untuk awal pekan. Kompilasi piano elektrik ini adalah sequel dari trilogi Groovin’. Yaitu kompilasi yang berisi lagu-lagu yang menggunakan instrumen kesukaan saya selain gitar. Selain saxophone, radar di telinga saya juga cukup peka bila mendengar lagu ber-piano elektrik terutama Fender Rhodes. Jadi saya punya playlist lagu-lagu kesukaan yang menggunakan piano elektrik.

808 adalah programable drum machine, Rolland TR 808. Drum machine yang paling populer di tahun 70/80an, dan sangat umum digunakan di musik rap, hip hop & R&B pada dekade itu, bahkan hingga kini. Dari situlah 808 ini mendapat status ‘cult’-nya. Dan saya memilih menutup kompilasi trilogi Groovin ini dengan tribute untuk nenek moyangnya drum mesin ini.
